Robert Verdi's Luxe Lab →
This is where I worked during Fashion Week in February. In this inside-look, Robert’s denim couch, Vans sneakers made of his Hermes scarves and Robert’s very own Frankenbag are all shown.

Tunic: BCBG MAXAZRIA Tank top: Topshop Jeggings: Forever 21 Boots: Payless Sorry it took so long to post this photo! This was taken a few hours before I had to move out of my dorm. I’ve had this tunic for a while now and this is the second time I’ve worn it. It’s hard to match up with things but it seemed to go with my jeggings and I wanted to be comfortable all day. Since...
Proud to of my Theatre Kids
Tonight was one of the proudest moments of my life as a former member of my high school’s drama club. The area where we live does an awards ceremony for plays and musicals put on by drama clubs in some of the towns. It’s kind of a big deal for everyone involved. Over the years, my school has won Best Ensemble, Best Choreography and some of the actors/singers have won individual...

Shirt: Topshop Skirt: Guess Tights: Nicole Miller Boots: Payless So this is the outfit I came up with today! I just bought this shirt yesterday from Topshop and I can’t wait to wear it more often! The skirt is a simple, black high-waist skirt from Guess. I have it in a pink color as well. I know it’s hard to see the tights and boots (my dorm has horrible lighting at night) but the...
McQueen exhibit is genius
I made a trip up to The Met today to see the Alexander McQueen exhibit since I’m leaving school tomorrow and probably won’t be back in Manhattan for a while. It’s a pain to get to the museum considering from where I live, you need to take three subways and I had to wait about 45 minutes just to get into the exhibit itself, but it was SO worth it! The museum was packed since it...

Going away brunch at La Maison du Macaron!
This week is starting to turn into a sad one as people start leaving FIT and heading home. One of my friends even said goodbye to me as I was giving a tour today :( Because my friends and I love to do things that are a little out of our league, a friend of mine suggested we have a “going away” brunch this morning since she was leaving school later today. She and our other friends...
gazeatstarryskies: Hanson’s Making the Video for This Time Around. The quality is kinda terrible, but I had never seen it before, so I thought I’d share. I love how Taylor is a coffee addict, even at 17. And Zac was adorable when he was getting his ponytail done. But I wish I didn’t know about the piano/wood thing! Kinda killed that part for me.
Product Review: Fresh Sugar Lip Polish
So the other day, my mom went into the Fresh store to get some of their lip balm from their Sugar line and one of the sales reps tested this product on her and myself. What is it? It’s a brown sugar exfoliate for your lips! If you have problems with dead skin always coming up, this stuff will do the trick. It’s great to use after you come out of the shower. Just rub a small amount...

T-shirt: Topshop Jeggings: Levi’s from Urban Outfitters Shoes: Payless So this is the third outfit I’ve worn today, but anyway, I’m wearing Topshop, Levi’s and Payless shoes once again. I’ve had this shirt for a while now and it’s probably my favorite t-shirt. It’s from Topshop’s petite collection. I decided to tuck the shirt into my jeans instead...

T-shirt: Madewell Jeggings: J Brand Shoes: Payless I’ve posted these jeggings before but not the shoes or the shirt. It was wet out and whatnot so I slipped on these boots and cuffed the jeggings over them. The boots are kids shoes since my feet are so tiny! The tee from Madewell is super comfy and if you go to the store, you can find it in a bunch of colors! It’s only $19.99 too!

I’ve been wanting one of these for years!!! Only Taylor used to wear this ring but now they mass produce them :) Who wants to get me one as an early birthday gift?
Hailee Steinfeld is the new face of Miu Miu →
She may be only 14, but she’s super talented, gorgeous and mature. I think she’s a great choice for a brand that’s not only about being young and fun but also about being classy. This is Miuccia Prada, we’re talking about…

Ashton Kutcher to replace Charlie Sheen →
Really? I’m sorry, but I cannot picture ANYONE replacing Sheen. Charlie is literally based on the real Charlie! My dad and I watch “Two and a Half Men” all of the time and without Sheen, the show may lose its touch. John Cryer and Angus T. Jones will hopefully do a great job. Oh, and another question, if Uncle Charlie is out of the picture, where are Jake and Allen supposed to...

Peep isn't a marshmellow...
It’s a restaurant. But there’s a catch… You can literally peep into the bathroom. And while you’re in the bathroom, it’s vice versa. It’s quite amusing, actually. We went to this trendy place located at 177 Prince St. in SoHo. It has really cool pink lighting and whatnot… It’s mainly Thai cuisine but they have a mix of Chinese and Japanese food....

'The Suite Life on Deck' is gone :(
This is sad. Really sad. Terribly tragic :( ‘The Suite Life on Deck: Graduated’ episode a.k.a. the series finale just aired and it was cute, sad and funny all at the same time. It was sad to see Zack and Cody each go through two terrible situations, especially Cody. I won’t spoil anything, but I can really relate to what happened to him. And it was sad in general to just see the...
FIT Merchandising Society visits Vera Bradley!
Today, myself and some of the FIT Merchandising Society girls visited the offices of Vera Bradley. The office was adorable and filled with so much color and great handbags. Not only were the handbags adorable, but so were the employees! They were so nice and everyone we met gave us so much info! These women are not only passionate and hard-working, but they really care about the company. Barb, one...

Jacket: The Gap Dress: American Apparel Shoes: Payless I felt like wearing something comfy and easy since I didn’t have class today. The jacket was purchased years ago and I never really started wearing it till junior year of high school. I find that The Gap is a really great place to find denim pieces at affordable prices. If you’re artsy, why not make it your own? My friend took...

Here’s my first look! Shirt: Men’s button-up from Buffalo Exchange Belt: Steve Madden Jeggings: J Brand Shoes: Payless Here’s my first look! I bought this shirt about two weeks ago and I’ve been dying to wear it. It is indeed a men’s shirt but with a belt it looks great and it was only $8. The belt is actually elastic in the back and is from Loehmann’s. My...
Photos from the McQueen exhibit. →
I think I shall go visit this place this week. I’m so excited. The pictures are magnificent, just like his clothing.
Who cares if Bin Laden is dead, I care more about this exhibit! This is something that has been highly anticipated and is finally here! I’ll probably be going some time this week and maybe write a little review.
